Elena Boichuk is a professional fitness instructor and health coach. She has spent decades leading people to achieve both physical health but also improve their muscle tone and manage their body mass index to their desired levels. She believes in empowering students to achieve a well balanced life, and challenges them to commit to the activities that will receive superior results.
